For both these after sales services can be ordered via the enquiry form. If you choose Substantive Editing, Edit Unlimited is offered by default and Rejection Shield can be chosen. If you choose Copy Editing, you can opt for Edit Unlimited.

How do I avail After Sales services ?

With Editing service: You will receive login credentials to your membership account with your order confirmation. You can access the MyPage dashboard to check your order status, download the edited file, and avail after sales supports after delivery. With Publication Support Services: Just send us an email at publish@enago.com and we will guide you with the next steps.

When should I go for re-editing?

Re-Editing can be ordered within 365 days of delivery as part of Enago's after sales service options. You will need re-editing if you are not covered under Edit Unlimited, which expires after 120 days with Copy Editing.

Do I need to order Q&A service?

Expert Q&A is a complimentary after sales support available with all our services. You don’t need to order it.
